We welcome broker referrals and pay a generous commission for the life of an account. Our discounts are the same whether a client is introduced by a broker consultant or comes to us directly.
If you are a broker please be familiar with the characteristics of clients we fund before presenting a prospect. Feel free to call or email with any questions. We prefer you submit prospective clients’ information using our online application. |

1. Have a prospective client you wish to refer.
2. Complete the Broker Registration Form below. 3. Download, complete, sign, and return the Broker Packet. 4. Submit the prospect's information to us so we can have an initial discussion. If we decide to proceed, the application form needs to be completed by the client (or with the client's permission, by you). |
