President of Dash Point since May, 2016, John grew up in upstate New York and moved to northern Arizona in 1981 as a partner in a gold mine.

After the birth of his first daughter in 1983, he relocated to Tucson Arizona, where he became owner of ABC Radiator, a small automotive parts and service business. Over the next 30 years the business expanded to three locations with multiple product lines to cover all aspects of automotive heat transfer.

In 2012 he became a partner in a metals recycling  company in Tucson. In 2015, John sold his radiator business and became interested in the factoring industry. He begin working with Jeff Callender, his brother-in-law and founder of Dash Point Financial, and purchased the company in May, 2016.

With 35 years experience in small business ownership, John is no stranger to the challenges all small businesses face. His wife Korina, also a seasoned entrepreneur, owns Aim Solutions, a successful health insurance brokerage company in Tucson.

Anne Gordon

Anne handles business development, underwriting, and client relations. She is responsible for everything from making early contact with prospective clients, to underwriting new accounts, to verifying invoices, to following up with slow payers. Her calm and professional manner are appreciated by those with whom she speaks, and her thorough knowledge of factoring is a tremendous help to all those with whom she has contact.

Anne grew up in Rhode Island and went to school in Boston, MA. While working for a major retailer for 23 years, Anne learned about factoring and letters of credit. In 1976 she moved to Dallas, TX, where she lived until returning to Rhode Island in 2013.

In 2002 Anne became a broker for businesses in need of factoring and continues to refer accounts which aren't a fit for Dash Point. She is a top notch broker and regularly makes referrals to the most appropriate funding source for numerous types of financing needs, in addition to factoring.

Anne is a great educator on the factoring process and how it can help overcome financial hurdles. Watching clients grow from struggling to pay rent and make payroll to bidding on major contracts has been extremely rewarding for her.

 Jeff Callender
President Emeritus
Now retired, Jeff was President of Dash Point Financial from 2001 to April, 2016. He has lived in Tacoma, WA since 1992.

Jeff entered the factoring industry in 1994 when he began as a broker. Soon he started his own funding company and began factoring small receivables. He is the author of numerous books, ebooks, and published articles about factoring. He provides consultancy services to Dash Point as needed.

Jeff also has developed factoring software, FactorFox. This software is used not only by Dash Point Financial, but by well over 100 other factors of all sizes in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, Australia, and Europe, and Africa.

Jeff's breadth of experience and popular writing has made him a nationally recognized figure in the field of factoring small receivables.
As you can see, Dash Point Financial is a small company who funds small companies. You deal with John and/or Anne from start to finish, and never face a sales person whose job is to close the deal...then hand you off to an account executive.
