Quite simply, we provide financing for very small businesses located in the U.S. by factoring (purchasing) their accounts receivable.

What Sets Us Apart

  • We will accept clients who start factoring receivables with volumes under $10k per month. This is below the minimum of most factors yet is our niche and specialty.
  • We are intentionally a very small firm who chooses to work with other very small firms. Home based businesses with creditworthy business or government customers are welcome.
  • Considering the size of the accounts we accept, our rates and advances are very competitive.
  • We require no long term contracts. Factor as long as you need, and stop whenever you choose. You’re never “locked in” to a 12, 18, or 24-month contract with required fees each month of the term.
  • We require no minimum monthly volume or charges. If your business is seasonal, you will not be charged when you don’t need to factor. You choose when you want to factor, and how much to factor, any time of the year. 
  • Our discount structure is calculated in 7 day increments (not the first 30 days) and costs less than the 2% net 10 terms you may be using now. This means you can economically factor practically any customer to whom you give credit terms, even those who pay in less than 30 days.
  • Customers who take your 2% discount but pay in 30 or more days become just a memory, because you can stop providing these terms and still get paid immediately by us.
  • If you have turned away good customers who demand 30 day terms, you can now accept their orders and factor their invoices. This will grow your business steadily and profitably.
  • You deal directly with the principal of our company. There are no funding decision committees or offsite corporate supervisors to slow down the process, nor account executives with too many clients in their caseloads to manage in a personal manner. We are a small company serving small companies: your account is far more than “just a job” for us.
  • We take a personal interest in your business, what you do, and how you do it. You are not dealing with a huge finance company whose only real interest is making money from you. We find great satisfaction in seeing our clients' companies succeed and grow.
  • As a former small business owner (who factored receivables), we understand the stresses you live with daily: waiting for payment, meeting payroll, paying taxes, keeping up with daily expenses, meeting production and service demands, etc. We also appreciate the value of your customers and their key role in your business, and treat them accordingly.
  • Contact with your customers is handled in a highly professional manner and in coordination with you. We will never pressure your customers or alienate them from you, and understand how poor customer management from a factor can jeopardize your customer relations.
  • We limit the number of clients we accept and do not take on more than we can efficiently manage. We will not take on as many clients as possible just to maximize profits. Life is too short.
  • Competition is not an issue with us -- we train other factors and have other web sites dedicated to that part of our business. If we can’t help you, we can probably refer you to someone who can.
  • We’ve been doing this since 1994. If you outgrow our services we refer you to a larger factor whom we are confident will take care of your factoring needs in a highly professional manner. We have numerous contacts in the industry and will make a good referral.
